PRIVACY POLICY
Super Nova Strike privacy
Last updated October 3, 2026
This policy covers Super Nova Strike on Android, iPhone and iPad, and this support website. Borg Mobile is part of TSYBORG LLC. For privacy questions, contact support@borgmobile.com.
Information used by the game
The game stores scores, campaign progress, earned ship colours, your equipped colour and gameplay preferences on your device. These local records support progression and replay. The game includes Google AdMob advertising. Google's Mobile Ads SDK disclosure describes collection and sharing of advertising information. Depending on your device, settings, choices and the advertising features used, this can include:
- Device and advertising identifiers, device model, operating system and app version.
- IP address and connection information; an IP address can indicate an approximate location.
- App and advertising interactions, such as launches, ad views, taps and time spent using the app.
- Diagnostic information about crashes, performance and technical problems.
These services use this information to deliver and measure advertising, analyze performance and prevent fraud. Advertising may be personalized where permitted by your choices and applicable requirements. See Google's Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure, how Google uses information from apps that use its services and Google's privacy policy for its data practices and controls.
Support and store services
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the problem. Please do not send passwords or full payment details.
Google Play and Apple process information when you use their stores and account services under their own privacy policies. We may receive app performance reports from the stores to diagnose problems. See Google's privacy policy and Apple's privacy policy.
This website
Borg Mobile adds no advertising, analytics scripts, forms or cookies to this website. Cloudflare hosts these pages and processes connection information to deliver and protect them. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Sharing and security
Information is processed by the advertising, app-store, hosting and email services involved in providing the game and responding to you. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety. Service providers may process information in countries other than yours, as described in their policies.
Google states that Mobile Ads SDK data is encrypted in transit using TLS. This website uses HTTPS. Please keep passwords and full payment details out of support messages. No method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Local scores, progress, earned and equipped ship colours, and preferences remain on your device until removed through the app's data or device controls. Removing app data can erase your progress. Device backup and restore settings may retain a copy.
Support correspondence may be retained as needed to handle your request, address related issues and meet legal obligations. Advertising and store services apply their own retention policies. Uninstalling the game stops its future operation on that device; it does not automatically delete information previously held by a service provider.
To request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you, email support@borgmobile.com. Identify Super Nova Strike, your platform and the information concerned. We may need to verify a request. We will address it under applicable requirements and explain any information we must retain. For data held independently by Google or Apple, use their privacy controls or contact them directly.
Age entry and advertising in the Android update
In the updated Android release, the game asks for your birthday each time it starts to choose advertising and consent treatment. This is based on the date you enter, not independent age verification. The game processes your birthday on your device and clears the entered fields; this feature does not save or send the full birthday. It sends Google's consent service a derived protected-treatment indicator. Google's consent preferences and related records may remain on your device between launches.
Players classified under 21, and players whose age classification is unavailable, receive protected advertising treatment. They may see a standard banner on Home; full-screen and rewarded video ads are unavailable to them. Players classified 21 or older may receive other ad formats, subject to consent and the game's advertising controls. The age-21 protection threshold is a game setting and does not verify legal age. These changes apply to the updated Android release, not existing iPhone or iPad versions.
Before requesting ads, the game requires a successful consent-information update for the current launch. Where required, Options provides Privacy options; it may offer Retry ads consent after an error. Removing ads prevents the game's ad display, but does not prevent consent-request processing or delete information already held by Google. Consent choices, device advertising-identifier controls and provider deletion controls have different scopes.
Your choices and children
In the game, open Options to review available advertising controls. When Google's consent service requires it, Privacy options lets you review advertising choices. If an advertising consent request fails, Options may offer Retry ads consent. Your device and account settings also provide controls for advertising identifiers, ad personalization and tracking. Available controls vary by platform and version. You can also contact us with privacy concerns or stop using the game. Reading this policy does not itself grant consent to tracking.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can investigate and remove information we hold as required.
